Located as an end house on a recently constructed line of two storey properties and is reached from the service road to the lighthouse and look out point to the entrance of the harbour.
On the seaside of the villa an attractive traffic free promenade separates the house from the rocks and sea below.

The first of these is a twin bedded room with patio doors onto the terrace and pool area, next to this is a twin again with patio doors onto the front terrace and servicing these two rooms is a most attractive shower room with WC. Finally the master double bedroom suite consists of a small dressing area and full bathroom. This room also has a patio door leading to the pool terrace. Finally on this level and located in the garage is a washing machine and fridge, ideal for poolside drinks.

Outside the small fenced garden and terrace boasts a 7 metre private pool with shallow end for children and the whole area is well furnished for living outdoors. A barbeque is available for those balmy meals al-fresco and there is direct gated access to the promenade.
For sea swimmers, access to the sea is across the promenade and down a dozen or so steps built into the rocks.
