On the day of your arrival your apartment will be available from 12:00 noon, chalets and villas from 14:00/15:00 p.m. The day of your departure we would request that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 am to allow sufficient cleaning time for the next guests (unless you have made other arrangements with the manager).
The number of people staying at the apartments, chalets, villas must not exceed the maximum number as shown in our booking. Menorca Todo will ask any person to leave the villa in a case of non compliance. The villas are booked for normal holiday use and pets/animals are not allowed. The manager must be informed of any additional people staying overnight and an extra charge may be induced.
Long stay bookings, contract direct with owner, conditions of long stay
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of 25% of the total balance to be sent to our account (bank transfer or credit card) and we would ask you to let us know by email or phone when this has been done. As soon as this transaction is completed we will provide you with all details of the booking, directions, to the apartment and our contact numbers.
Apartments and chalets - The final payment must be made on your arrival day
Some villas - The rest of payment of your booking is due a minimum of 10 weeks prior to your arrival at the rental property. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your booking, if the balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposit.
All cancellations must be made by the person who signed the booking form, email or fax to the company and shall take effect upon the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation by the company.
Cancellation charge – If you should cancel your booking, you will be charged according to the following scale:
You must accept responsibility of the proper conduct of yourself and any members of your party whilst on holiday. In cases of serious misconduct, we reserve the right to terminate your holiday or that of any member of your party. If we do so, we shall have no further responsibility or liability to you. If you or any member of your party wilfully, recklessly or negligently cause any damage to any accommodation, property or person, you agree to indemnify us against any loss suffered by us (including legal costs), arising from such damage.
Clients are required to act in a responsible manner at all times, and to act with respect toward other guests, the Owners and their staff. MENORCA TODO AND THE OWNER RESERVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO REQUIRE ANY INDIVIDUAL TO VACATE A RENTAL PROPERTY FOR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
Client acknowledges that Menorca Todo does not own the Rental Property and undertakes only to act as agent for the Owner. As such, Menorca Todo shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the rental of the Rental Property, except insofar as that occurrence is caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Menorca Todo or that of its employees. All claims of accident, loss, damage, injury or inconvenience are acknowledged to be solely between the Client and Owner. Client acknowledges and agrees that Menorca Todo shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, riot, strikes, sickness, accident, injury, loss, theft or any cause beyond its control. Menorca Todo recommends that Client purchase trip cancellation/travel insurance.
All breakages must be reported to our local Representative immediately and these must be paid for locally before vacating the villa. We also reserve the right to charge for damage or breakages not reported and found after departure.
A security deposit may be required for some villas which are used to protect any damage, breakages, loss or other charges. Where appropriate, the deposit will be included with your holiday balance. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure.
Will be charged a deposit on arrival day. That is the owners of the properties requisite to us to charge higher levels for young groups.
Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us, if available.
